Wow, cool (literally)--Tokyo has a year-round
Absolut Ice Bar. It's not cheap (35$ gets you a cape, gloves, one drink, and 45-minutes), but it would be amazing in the height of summer, and make quite the blog entry! Check back, as I may well go. Check out another site

That sounds like a great place to check out! Though, I don't even want to think about the impact they are having on global warming - that's A/C on steroids!
